Response of the global financial crisis in the Czech real estate market
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá příčinami a důsledky globální finanční krize na českém realitním trhu. Pokouší se rozkrýt vzájemnou souvislost mezi globální krizí a objemem prodeje nemovitostí, ať už z hlediska vlivu finanční krize, tak z hlediska nasycenosti trhu a poklesu koupě schopnosti obyvatelstva České republiky. Cílem je provést analýzu příčiny poklesu objemu prodejů na realitním trhu v České republice.
Abstract:
This work deals with the causes and consequences of the global financial crisis on the Czech real estate market. Attempts to uncover any correlation between the global crisis, and the volume of sales of property, whether in terms of the impact of financial crisis, in terms of market saturation and decreased ability to purchase the Czech population.
