Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o teambuildingu. Konkrétně se zabývá tím, jak může aplikace teambuildingového programu pomoci zefektivnit fungování sportovního týmu. Práce zahrnuje tvorbu teambuildingového programu pro sportovní tým, jeho následnou realizaci a zhodnocení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals about teambuilding. It specializes in teambuilding programme and how this can streamline sports team functioning. The thesis contains the creation of teambuilding programme for sports team, its ensuing realization and its appreciation.
