V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme in vitro metodám testování karcinogenního potenciálu chemických látek a jejich aplikaci pro hodnocení nádorově promočních účinku extraktu sinic. Teoretická část je zaměřená na popis mechanismů karcinogeneze, představení nejpoužívanejších in vitro metod v oblasti této problematiky a souhrn cyanotoxinu, jejich struktury a účinku na organismus.
