Odběr tkání a orgánů za účelem transplantace je zahrnut do Práva na tělesnou integritu. V části první této práce je zahrnuto všeobecné osobností právo v objektivním a subjektivním smyslu, subjekty a předmět a omezení všeobecného osobnostního práva.
