Fauna of nature reserve Choryňský mokřad

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýzy jednoletého průzkumu hnízdní avifauny na území Přírodní rezervace Choryňský mokřad. Sledovaná lokalita se nachází na katastrálním území obce Choryně (okr. Vsetín) 6 kilometrů od Valašského Meziříčí v údolní nivě řeky Bečvy. Na území o rozloze 17 ha bylo provedeno 13 denních a 2 noční kontroly. Terénní výzkum byl uskutečněn během hnízdního období od dubna 2017 do července 2017 za využití pásové metody. Další doplňující metodou bylo mapování hnízdních okrsků. K vyhodnocení výsledků byly použity základní charakteristiky jako abundance, denzita, dominance a konstance. Index dominance a ekvitabilita dosahovaly hodnot H´ - 4,918 a E - 0,863. Z celkového počtu 371 jedinců bylo determinováno celkem 52 druhů, z nichž 5 patří do skupiny silně ohrožených druhů a 6 do skupiny ohrožených druhů. Hnízdění bylo přímo prokázáno u druhů Anas platyrhynchos, Aythya ferina, Circus aeruginosus, Columba palumbus, Dendrocopos medius, Motacilla alba, Turdus merula, Acrocephalus arundinaceus, Sylvia atricapilla, Phylloscopus collybita, Parus major, Pica pica a Emberiza schoeniclus. Eudominantní druhy byly celkem 2, a to Phylloscopus collybita a Sylvia atricapilla. Dominantními druhy byly Parus major, Turdus merula a Turdus pilaris. Výsledky byly zhodnoceny s dřívějšími a podobnými studiemi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis summarizes qualitative and quantitative analysis of one-year survey of nesting avifauna in the Nature reserve Choryňský mokřad. The monitored locality is located in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Choryně (Vsetín District) 6 km from Valašské Meziříčí in the floodplain of the Bečva River. In the area of 17 ha, 13 daily and 2 night checks were carried out. Field research was carried out in the breeding period from April 2017 to July 2017 using a belt transects method. Another complementary method was the mapping of nesting areas. Basic characteristics such as abundance, density, dominance and constancy were used to evaluate the results. In this case the diversity index and equitability were following H' 4,203; E - 0,744. A total of 52 species were identified from a total of 371 individuals, of which 5 belong to the group of highly endangered species and 6 to endangered species. Nesting in the territory has been directly demonstrated in the species Anas platyrhynchos, Aythya ferina, Circus aeruginosus, Columba palumbus, Dendrocopos medius, Motacilla alba, Turdus merula, Acrocephalus arundinaceus, Sylvia atricapilla, Phylloscopus collybita, Parus major, Pica pica a Emberiza schoeniclus. Eudominant species were a total of 2, namely Phylloscopus collybita and Sylvia atricapilla. The dominant species were Parus major, Turdus merula and Turdus pilaris. The results were evaluated with earlier and similar studies.
