Abstract:
Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány PI3K/AKT/mTOR signální dráhy a způsoby její regulace. Dále jsou uvedeny již syntetizované látky, které inhibují jednotlivé části této signální kaskády. Cílem praktické části bylo připravit nové mTOR inhibitory. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways and methods of their regulation are described. Also listed are already synthesized substances that inhibit individual parts of this signal cascade. The aim of the practical part was to prepare new mTOR inhibitors.
