Business obligation relationships in accounting and tax records of natural persons

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika obchodních závazkových vztahů. První kapitola teoretické části je věnována právní úpravě a vymezení základních pojmů. Ve druhé kapitole je zpracován pohled na obchodní závazkový vztah z právního úhlu pohledu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou vysvětleny různé způsoby evidence podnikatelské činnosti fyzických osob a jejich následné zdanění zaměřené na spolupracující osoby. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje analytický příklad, který je doplněn přílohami. V první části jsou uvedeny základní údaje fyzické osoby, pro kterou je v praktické části zpracována jak účetní evidence, tak daňová evidence se zaměřením na závazkové vztahy vysvětlené v teoretické části práce. V další části kapitoly jsou analyzovány výstupy z obou systémů evidence podnikatelské činnosti a je zde uveden výpočet daně z příjmu fyzické osoby.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of business obligations. The first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to legal regulation and definition of basic terms. In the second chapter, a view of the business obligation relationship from a legal point of view is elaborated. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, various ways of recording the business activity of natural persons and their subsequent taxation focused on cooperating persons are explained. The practical part of the bachelor thesis contains an analytical example, which is supplemented by appendices. In the first part, the basic data of a natural person are given, for which both accounting records and tax records are processed in the practical part, with a focus on the obligations explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the next part of the chapter, the outputs from both business registration systems are analyzed and the calculation of personal income tax is presented here.
