Předložená bakalářská diplomová práce je pokusem o shrnutí a zhodnocení dostupných informací o významném ruském hudebním skladateli a sbormistrovi Alexandru Andrejeviči Archangelském se zvláštním zaměřením na jeho působení v Praze. Práce je určena těm, kteří se zajímají o sborovou pravoslavnou hudbu a chtějí se o tomto skladateli a jeho životě dozvědět více.

This bachelor‘s thesis is an attempt of gathering and evaluation of all accessible relevant information about an eminent Russian music composer and choirmaster, Alexander Andreyevich Arkhangelsky. It specializes on his activities in Prague, then capital of Czechoslovakia.
