Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je způsob provedení hysterektomie u neonkologických pacientek. Teoretická část této diplomové práce je z velké části zaměřena na jednotlivé typy hysterektomie, jejich historii, charakteristiku, výhody a nevýhody, indikace a kontraindikace, operační techniky, komplikace a edukaci klientek před operací. Výzkumná část mapuje počty provedených hysterektomií u neonkologických pacientek za období tří let ve zdravotnickém zařízení krajského typu.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the Way of Procedure of Hysterectomy at the Non-oncological Patients. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused in large measure on particular types of hysterectomy, their history, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, indication and contraindication, operation techniques, complications, education of female patients before the operation. Research part of the thesis conducts a survey of numbers of performed hysterectomies at non-oncological female patients in the span of three years long in a medical institution of regional type.
