Predmetom bakalárskej práce je analýza systému odmeňovania v nemenovanom podniku. V teoretickej časti sú predstavené kľúčové poznatky týkajúce sa mzdového systému, motivácie a makro prostredia. Na začiatku praktickej časti charakterizujem spoločnosť. V ďalšej časti analyzujem súčasne nastavený systém odmeňovania v podniku.
