Cílem diplomové práce je prostřednictvím analýzy vyhodnotit současný stav vybraných logistických procesů a na tomto základě následně navrhnout opatření pro jejich zefektivnění. Práce je zaměřena na skladování hotových výrobků ve společnosti ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná a.s.
