Employee's bonuses and benefits from tax perception
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské se nejprve budu zabývat nejčastěji se vyskytujícími bonusy a benefity v České republice z teoretického hlediska a vysvětlím pojem cafeterie. Ve druhé části popíši spokojenost zaměstnanců společnosti PSG-International a.s. s nabízenými bonusy a benefity.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I will firstly deal with the most frequently occurring bonuses and benefits in the Czech Republic from a theoretical perspective and explain the concept of cafeteria system. In the second part I will describe employee satisfaction in company PSG -International a.s. with the bonuses and benefits are offered to them.
