The thesis focuses on the incidence of complications in patients treated with therapeutic hypothermia at Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, St. Anna‘s University Hospital, Brno. In the theoretical part, thermoregulation and body temperature, post-cardiac arrest syndrome and hypothermia are described.
