Motivational tools, their importance, contribution and impact on the employees labour productivity in company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Motivační nástroje, jejich význam, přínos a vliv na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců podniku se zabývá tím, jaké konkrétní motivační nástroje vybraný podnik uplatňuje vůči svým zaměstnancům, jak jsou účinné, jaký mají celkový vliv na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců a jaké jsou hlavní faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodování vedení společnosti v otázkách motivace zaměstnanců. První část práce vychází z odborné literatury, prostřednictvím které lze nalézt vysvětlení základních pojmů, jež jsou pro práci stěžejní. Jedná se především o pracovní výkon, motivaci, motivační nástroje, faktory ovlivňující pracovní výkon a styly vedení manažera. Druhá část práce zahrnuje analýzu současného stavu motivování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu, strukturovaného rozhovoru. V závěru jsou navržena řešení pro zvýšení motivace, spokojenosti a pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců vybraného podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of „Means of motivation, their meaning, impact and influence on working performance of the workers“ is dealing with the topic of which means of motivation the chosen company uses, how useful they are, what is their influence on working performance of the employees and the main factors which influence the decision making of the leadership of the chosen company in the question of motivation of the employees. The first part is based on literature, which clarifies the basic terminology, which is important for the thesis. It is mainly about working performance, motivation, means of motivation, the factors influencing working performance and different styles of manager’s leadership. The second part is includes analysis of the current condition of motivation of employees in the chosen company through quantitative research through a structured interview. In the final part there are some proposed solutions how to increase motivation, satisfaction and working performance of the employees of the chosen company.
