Hodnocení transformátorového oleje pomocí moderních strukturálních analýz

Abstract:

Hlavní náplní této práce je experiment, který se zabývá analýzou transformátorového oleje během jeho zrychleného tepelného stárnutí. Cílem bylo především ověření konečných kritérií zestárnutí oleje a stanovení časů nutných k dosažení těchto kritérií. Hledaná konečná kritéria stanovují mezní úroveň, kdy olej dosáhne konce své životnosti. Konečná kritéria zestárnutí byla určována pro vybrané parametry moderních diagnostických technik. Využitými technikami byla infračervená spektroskopie s Fourierovo transformací (FT-IR), diferenční skenovací kalorimetrie (DSC), širokopásmová dielektrická spektroskopie (BDS) a ultrafialovo-viditelná spektroskopie (UV/VIS spektroskopie). Experiment této práce se zabýval především hodnocením životnosti oleje při zkoušce jeho tepelné odolnosti provedené bez vlivu a s vlivem katalyzátorů za stejných testovacích podmínek, konkrétně při třech úrovních zvýšené teploty stárnutí (110 °C, 120 °C a 130 °C). Prostředí s katalyzátory lépe napodobuje reálné prostředí v transformátoru oproti standardizovaným podmínkám zkoušek, kde katalyzátory nejsou uvažovány. Bylo zjištěno, že tech-niky FT-IR a UV/VIS lze úspěšně využít pro hodnocení aktuálního stavu oleje a to dokonce i v náročném servisním prostředí. Na základě výsledků této práce, lze poměrně přesně odhadnout reálný stav oleje s využitím technik FT-IR a UV/VIS. Byla stanovena konečná kritéria zestárnutí transformátorového oleje platná pro tyto techniky a pro olej s a bez obsahu katalyzátorů. Bylo zjištěno, že olej s katalyzátory dosáhne průměrně hodnoty konečného kritéria o 41 % dříve při analyzování technikou FT-IR a o 45 % dříve při analyzování tech-nikou UV/VIS oproti oleji jenž stárne v prostředí bez vlivu katalyzátorů.

Abstract:

The main focus of this work is an experiment dealing with transformer oil analysis during its accelerated thermal aging. The main objective was particularly the verification of the end-point criteria of oil during aging and determination of times needed to obtain these criteria. The required end-point criteria specify the limit level, at which the oil reaches the end of its service life. The end-points criteria of oil during aging were determined for selected parameters of modern diagnostic methods. The methods used were Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), broadband dielectric spectroscopy (BDS) and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV/VIS spectroscopy). The experimental part of this work was mainly concerned with the evaluation of oil life in the test of accelerated thermal aging, both with and without the influence of catalysts, under the same test conditions, namely at three levels of increased aging temperature (110 °C, 120 °C and 130 °C). The environment with catalyst simulates better the real transformer environment, compared to standardized test conditions where catalysts are not considered. It has been found that FT-IR and UV/VIS methods can be successfully used to evaluate the current state of oil, even under demanding service conditions. Based on the results of this work, the real state of the oil can be estimated quite accurately using FT-IR and UV/VIS methods. The end-points transformer oil aging criteria applicable to these methods and to oil both with and without catalysts have been established. It was determined that the oil with catalysts reached the limit level value on an average by 41% earlier when analyzed by FT-IR method and by 45% earlier when analyzed by UV/VIS method compared to oil that ages in a catalyst-free environment.
