Bakalářská práce zkoumá diskriminaci transgender osob na trhu práce v České republice. Cílem práce je prozkoumat aspekty diskriminace transgender osob a možný vliv změny pohlaví na jejich výši mzdy. The bachelor thesis studies the discrimination against transgender people in the labor market in the Czech republic.
