Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením evidenčních systémů a zdanění fyzických osob, které podnikají v lesním hospodářství. V první části je provedena literární rešerše na dřívější způsoby zdanění a vývoj evidenčních systémů. V praktické části byly řešeny aktuální možnosti vedení evidence a způsob odvádění daně z příjmů fyzických osob pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V současnosti má fyzická osoba čtyři možnosti, jak odvádět daň z příjmů a tři možnosti, jak evidovat podnikatelskou činnost. Vždy záleží na výši obratu konkrétní fyzické osoby a uplatňujících slevách na dani.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of registration systems and taxation of persons who do business in forestry. In the first part, a literary search is carried out on earlier ways of taxation and development of registration systems. In the practical part, the current possibilities of keeping records and the way of paying personal income tax by means of a questionnaire survey were dealt with. Currently, a natural person has four possibilities of paying income tax and three possibilities of recording business activities. It always depends on the turnover of a particular natural person and applying tax credits.
