Teacher s perception of teacher-pupil relationship development in primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vnímáním utváření vztahu učitele-žák učitelem základní školy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám hlavně vztahy v lidském životě, jako mezilidské vztahy, vztahy mezi dospělým a dítětem a vztahy mezi učitelem a žákem. K těmto vztahům jsem zařadila i pojem autority. Další kapitolou, kterou jsem v teoretické části rozebírala je komunikace. Zde jsem se zabývala komunikací obecně, komunikací mezi dospělým a dítětem a komunikaci učitele a žáka. V poslední kapitole jsem rozebírala téma, jak budovat vztah učitele a žáka, která obsahuje i různé rady. V praktické části popisuji celý průběh výzkumu, který jsem prováděla. Vedla jsem rozhovory s učiteli druhého stupně základní školy. Cílem mého výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak si vytváří vztah se svými žáky a jak spolu komunikují.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the perception of forming a teacher-pupil relationship by the teacher of the primary school. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, I mainly deal with the relationships in human life such as interpersonal relationships, relationships between adult and child, and the relationships between teacher and pupil. I have also included the concept of authority to these relationships. Another chapter that I analyzed in the theroretical part is communication. Here I dealt with the communication in general, with the communication between adult and child, and with communication between teacher and pupil. In the last chapter, I analyzed the topic of how to build the relationship between teacher and pupil which also contains some advices. In the practical part, I describe the whole research course that I have conducted. I have conducted the interview with the teachers of the second stage of primary school. The aim of my research was to determine how they create the relationship with their pupils and how they communicate together.
