Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou strukturních a dynamických vlastností methanu v uhlíkových nanotrubičkách. Metodologická část je věnována popisu molekulárního modelu, vztahům a metodám, které se pro simulaci používají, včetně náhledu do molekulární dynamiky a v neposlední řadě také popisu geometrie uhlíkových nanotrubiček. The bachelor thesis deals with structural and dynamical properties of methane confined in single wall carbon nanotubes. Methodological part describes molecular model, geometry of carbon nanotubes and molecular dynamics simulation technique.
