Abstract:
Glykokalyx je důležitou strukturou na povrchu vaskulárního endotelu. Současné poznatky ukazují, že modulace tvorby glykokalyx může výrazným způsobem ovlivnit funkce endoteliálních buněk. Tam modulace tvorby glykokalyx může přispívat k rozvoji patologických procesů v cévách. Abstract:
Glycocalyx is an important structure, emerging on vascular endothelium surface. Current fingings denote that modulation of the glycocalyx production may influence function endothelial cells in significant manner. The modulation of glycocalyx production may contribute to development of pathological processes in vasculature.
