Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prevence proti phishingu, což je také hlavní téma a primární obsah práce. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část; zaměřuje se primárně na prevenci proti phishingu, jeho charakteristiku a jednotlivé druhy. Práce také obsahuje charakteristiku kybernetické kriminality včetně jednotlivých forem kybernetické kriminality. Práce obsahuje vyhodnocené dotazníkové šetření na téma prevence proti phishingu od občanů České republiky a také rozhovory s odborníky z oblasti informačních technologií, jež jsou s problematikou phishingu obeznámeni. Diplomová práce je v závěru doplněna o úvahu a vlastní názor autorky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of prevention against phishing, which is also the main topic and primary content of the thesis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts; focuses primarily on phishing prevention, its characteristics and individual species. The thesis also contains the characteristics of cybercrime, including its various forms. The thesis contains an evaluated questionnaire survey on the topic of prevention against phishing answered by the citizens of the Czech Republic, as well as interviews with experts in the area of information technology, who are familiar with the issue of phishing. In the end, the diploma thesis is supplemented by the author's own consideration and opinion.
