Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou metabolismu lipidů u onemocnění diabetes mellitus. V práci se poukazuje na problematiku metabolického syndromu a inzulínové rezistence, které jsou nedílnou součástí diabetes mellitus. Zároveň je zde charakterizována diabetická dyslipidémie a její působení na různé orgány lidského těla.
Abstract:
The Bachelor work deals with lipid metabolism in diabetes mellitus. The work highlights the problem of metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance, which are an integral part of diabetes mellitus. Simultaneously diabetic dyslipidemia and its effects on various organs of the human body is characterized.
