Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je formulace doporučení pro zlepšení obsahového marketingu webových stránek českých univerzit se zaměřením na hlavní cílové segmenty (uchazeči o studium, současní studenti a partneři univerzit). Literární rešerše zahrňuje obsahový marketing, tvorbu obsahové strategie a její fáze, distribuční kanály, nejnovější trendy v oblasti zkoumané problematiky, obsahovou analýzu a její metody směřující k efektivní implementaci strategie. Aby byl dosažený stanovený cíl a získané data potřebné pro spracování diplomové práce bylo analyzovaných 10 vybraných webových stránek zahraničních univerzit a 10 českých univerzit s využitím metody analýzy webového obsahu na základě stanovených kritérií. Pro stanovení doporučení bylo potřebné zjištění motivačních faktorů a záměrů kůli kterým cílové skupiny navštěvují webové stránky univerzit a vyhledávají informace o nich. Z tohoto důvodu byl realizovaný kvantitativní a kvalitativní výskum. Vzorka pro hloubkové rozhovory zahrnovala 32 respondentů a dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo 302 zástupců cílových skupin. Na základě výsledků analytické části a obou výskumů byly formulované doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is formulation of recommendations for improvement of content marketing of the Czech universitys websites with focused on the main segments (applicants, current students and partners). Within the literature review are included content marketing, creation of content marketing strategy and its phases, distribution channels, the latest trends, content analysis and its method to achieve success. Due to achieve set objective and gain data were analyzed particular 10 university websites abroad and 10 in the Czech Republic with method web-based content strategy on the basis of set criteria. Formulation of recommendation was required to identify motivation factors and intentions that lead to tar-get segments visit university websites and searching information about them. Therefore to identify these factors were used quantitative and qualitative research. Sample size of in-depth interviews was 32 representatives of target groups and sample size of questionnaire survey was 302 respondets. On the basis of results of analytic part and both researches were formulated recommendation that to be generally applicable for the Czech universities.
