Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními otázkami činnosti Světové obchodní organizace, konkrétně procesem přijímání rozhodnutí a dodržováním závazků plynoucích z WTO členskými státy. Cílem práce je prozkoumat efektivitu přijímání legislativních rozhodnutí v rámci této organizace a efektivitu následné kontroly dodržování přijatých závazků. This thesis deals with current issues of the World Trade Organization, specifically with its decision-making process and implementation of the obligations deriving from WTO Agreements. The objective of the thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of the WTO decision-making and the effectiveness of the obligation implementation monitoring.
