Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá adsorpcí amitriptylinu a nortriptylinu na běžně používané sorbenty (tj. aktivní uhlí a Smectu) za simulovaných fyziologických podmínek, a sleduje také zeta potenciál a adsorpční kinetiku. Fosfátový pufr zajistil pH 7,4 a vzorky byly vyhřáté na 37 °C. Měření adsorpční kinetiky i měření adsorpce bylo prováděno na UV/VIS spektrofotometru. This work deals with the adsorption of amitriptyline and nortriptyline to commonly used sorbents (activated carbon and diosmectite) and monitors zeta potential and adsorption kinetics under physiological conditions. pH 7.4 was provided with phosphate buffer and the samples were heated to 37 °C.
