The Testing of Selected Potentiometric Electrode for Monitoring the Chosen Metal in an Aqueous Solution
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá potenciometrií s využitím měděné iontově selektivní elektrody Cu-ISE. Práce byla zaměřena na testování Cu-ISE, zejména pokud se týká závislosti jejího potenciálu E na koncentraci c iontů Cu2+ a vlivů pH, teploty a případných interferencí přítomných iontů Zn2+. Získané výsledky potvrdily dobrou využitelnost testované Cu-ISE.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with potentiometry using the copper ion selective electrode Cu-ISE. The work was focused on testing Cu-ISE especially as to the dependence of its potential E vs. concentration c of Cu2+ ions and the effects of pH, temperature or respective interferences of present Zn2+ ions. The obtained results confirmed a good applicability of the tested Cu-ISE.
