Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis, titled “Corporate Social Responsibility” is an analysis of socially responsible actions of a small Slovak business in a marketing context. The work will focus on a business in the second-hand apparel market. Its first part is aimed at theoretical findings from the areas of socially responsible entrepreneurship, marketing, and the intersection of the two. In the second part, a specific business along with its environment is introduced. There, the specific form and execution od socially responsible activity is analysed and supported by the author’s research on current and potential customers. Finally, some recommendations concerning socially responsible activity are introduced.

Abstract:

Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Spoločenská zodpovednosť podniku“ je rozbor spoločensky zodpovednej aktivity malého slovenského podniku v marketingovom kontexte. Práca sa bude sústrediť na podnik pôsobiaceho v oblasti predaja noseného oblečenia. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na teoretické poznatky z oblasti spoločensky zodpovedného podnikania, marketingu, a prieniku oboch oblastí. V druhej časti je predstavený konkrétny podnik a jeho prostredie. Analyzovaná je forma a prevedenie spoločenskej zodpovednosti. Táto časť je podporená aj vlastným výskumom u súčasných a potenciálnych zákazníkov. Na záver sú uvedené odporúčania ohľadom spoločensky zodpovedného správania.
