Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje současné poznatky o beta-glukanech, především ve vztahu ke zdraví člověka. Jsou zde zmíněny jejich přírodní zdroje, vlastnosti a účinky na lidský organismus.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis resumes contemporary knowledge about beta-glucans in human health. There are mentioned their sources, properties and effects on human body.
