Analysis of financing options for purchase, construction and reconstruction of residential houses through a mortgage
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu možností financování bytových domů prostřednictvím hypotéčního úvěru. Popisuje problematiku bydlení v České republice jako je bytová politika státu, sektory bydlení a dopady ekonomické krize. Pozornost je kromě hypotéčních úvěrů věnována i dalším možnosti financování bydlení, a to stavebnímu spoření.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the analysis of financing housing through home mortgage loan. It describes the problems of housing in the Czech Republic as the state's housing policy, housing sector and the impact of the economic crisis. Attention is paid in addition to mortgage loans and other financing options housing construction savings.
