Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je změřena na porovnání vlivu legislativy na rentabilitu podnikání v oblasti solární energie před a po její novelizaci. V teoretické části se věnuje pojmu fotovoltaické energie a legislativě v tomto oboru. V praktické části pak změnám zákona o podporovaných zdrojích energie a jejich dopadu na výhodnost investic v tomto směru.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on comparing the law influence of the business profitability in solar energy district before and after law amendment. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept of solar energy and legislation in its way. In practical part i tis about amendments to the law on supported energy sources and its impact on the profitability of investments in this direction.
