Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku „V čem se shodují a v čem se liší představy sociálně vyloučených Romů a sociálních pracovníků, účastníků inkluzivního programu, o integraci?“ Diplomová práce je zaměřená k tématu Postoje k sociálnímu vyloučení romské komunity na Jesenicku. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit a porovnat aktuální postoje sociálních pracovníků a sociálně vyloučených Romů z inkluzivního programu. Celá diplomová práce je koncipovaná do tří základních částí. Obsahem první části je teoretické pojednání o celkovém životním stylu romského etnika. Ve druhé části se zaměřuji na výzkumnou metodu formou anonymního nestrukturovaného rozhovoru se všemi zúčastněnými stranami. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo třináct respondentů. Praktický výzkum byl realizován pomocí kvalitativní strategie. V třetí části práce jsou získaná data z výzkumu analyzována a následně interpretovaná. V závěru práce je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a doporučení pro další použití v praxi.

Abstract:

The objective of this thesis is answer the main research question „what is the consensus and divergence in ideas of socially excluded roma and social workers, participants of the inclusive integration program?" The thesis is focused on a topic of feelings about social exclusion of roma community in Jeseník region. Its focus was to find out and compare actual feelings of social workers and socially excluded roma from the inclusiv program. The whole thesis is build in three basic parts. The first one theorethically debates about a lifestyle of the roma ethnic group. The second one is focused on a research methodology that i used - anonymous unstructured interview with all involved parties. The sample was made of thirteen respondents. The actual research was conducted using a qualitative strategy. In the third part, i present the data coming out of the research, analysed and interpreted. In the end, the main research question is answered, following with a practical recommendation for the further use.
