Féerie and effulgence:The Aesthetic foundation in Metaphysics of Ladislav Klima

Abstract:

Práce si klade za cíl představit filozofii Ladislava Klímy jako esteticky založenou, z estetické problematiky vycházející a jí zpětně zakládající. Z obecného hlediska je cílem na konkrétním případu Ladislava Klímy nastínit, do jaké míry metafyzika sama může generovat esteticky zhodnotitelná témata; do jaké míry je jimi podnícena i strukturována a jak sama může fungovat jako estetický fenomén. V první části si je třeba vytyčit základní inspirační a interpretační modely. Osobnost a myšlenkový systém Ladislava Klímy prošly mnohými interpretacemi z různých perspektiv a bylo jim přisouzeno nemálo atributů. Proto promýšlíme Ladislava Klímu šířeji jako dědice romanticky strukturovaného myšlení. Na interpretačních modelech Richarda Ziky a Jana Staňka nastavujeme teoretický a praktický rozměr Klímovy metafyziky. V druhé části budeme na základě analýzy vybraných textů primární literatury (Svět jako vědomí a nic, deníkové záznamy a korespondence z let 1909-1919) rekonstruovat stěžejní motivy a strukturně-konstruktivní postupy vlastní estetickému rozměru. Analýza probíhá na dvou úrovních, které se vzájemně prostupují. Jedná se o rovinu motivickou a sémantickou. Na první rovině si můžeme ukázat základní motivy, kterými do metafyziky vstupuje estetická problematika. Jde o motivy Klímovy vlastní jako féerismus, i ty převzaté z inspiračních zdrojů romantismu. Na druhé se soustředíme na specifické užívání významových struktur ve struktuře metafyziky a roli tropiky na konstituci jejich významů, tedy specifickou poetiku Klímovy metafyziky. Třetí část tvoří dodatky. V nich rozvíjíme fenomény související s naší základní analýzou nebo je vysvětlující a to tak, že je skládáme do provizorních syntéz, které jsou konstrukčním experimentem, vkládáním logické a časové posloupnosti a návaznosti i tam, kde v nekonzistentním myšlení Ladislava Klímy nemusí být. Z toho důvodu si v jejich případě neklademe nárok na úplnost nebo absolutní shodu s obsahem analytické části práce.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to introduce the philosophy of Ladislav Klíma as aesthetically based, from the aesthetic issue emerging and backwards founding. From a general point of view, the aim is to outline on a concrete example of Ladislav Klíma to what extent metaphysics itself can generate aesthetically evaluable themes; how well they are instigated and structured and how it can act as an aesthetic phenomenon. In the first part, basic inspirational and interpretative models have to be defined. Ladislav Klíma's personality and philosophy have gone through many interpretations from different perspectives and they have been assigned by many attributes. That is why we think over of Ladislav Klíma broader as the heir of romantically structured thinking.On the interpretation models of Richard Zika and Jan Staňek, we set the theoretical and practical dimension of Klíma's metaphysics. In the second part, based on an analysis of selected texts of the primary literature (World as Consciousness and Nothing, diary records and correspondences from 1909-1919), we will reconstruct the fundamental motifs and the structural-constructive processes of our own aesthetic dimension. The analysis is carried out on two levels that are mutually permeable. It is a motivic and semantic plane. On the first plane, we can show the basic motifs introducing aesthetic problems into metaphysics. These are the motifs of Klima's own, for example, féerism, and those taken from the inspirational sources of Romanticism. On the other, we focus on the specific use of meaning structures in the structure of metaphysics and the role of the tropics on the constitution of their meanings; the specific poetics of Klima's metaphysics. The third part contains supplements.Here we develop the phenomena related to our basic analysis or explain them by putting them into provisional syntheses, which are a constructive experiment, by inserting logical and temporal sequence and continuity even where there may not be in inconsistent thinking of Ladislav Klíma.Therefore, in their case, we do not claim the completeness or absolute conformity with the content of the analytical part of the thesis.
