Moje práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské dokumentace. První část textu shrnuje teoretické poznatky související se zdravotnickou dokumentací a jejími legislativními usneseními. Druhá část je zaměřena na výzkum, který byl proveden v několika zdravotnických zařízeních. The following content is focused on the nursing administration. At first deals with theoretical knowledge related to medical records and its legislative resolutions. The second part is focused on the research, which was conducted at several medical facilities.
