Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá zlepšením logistických procesů ve vybrané společnosti a obsahuje celkem čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola je věnována teoretickým poznatkům o logistických procesech, zásobách a jejich řízení. Ve druhé kapitole jsou pomocí situační analýzy identifikovány nejdůležitější oblasti k řešení. Třetí kapitola obsahuje návrhy na vyřešení identifikovaných problémových oblastí a v poslední kapitole jsou tyto návrhy zhodnoceny ve vztahu k aktuálnímu stavu.

Abstract:

The work deals with improvement of logistics processes in the selected company and is contained of four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical knowledge of logistics processes, stocks, and inventory management. There are the most important problems areas identified by situation analysis in the second chapter. There are comprised proposals for improvement of identified problem areas in the third chapter and there is an evaluation of these proposals in the last chapter.
