Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu podnikatelského plánu pro založení sportovního podniku. Společnost bude poskytovat služby v oblastech fitness a wellness. Podnikatelský záměr je podložen analýzou vnějšího a oborového prostředí. Výsledky analýz jsou podkladem pro SWOT strategii. This thesis deals with a business plan for establishing of a sport company that will provide fitness and wellness services. Given business plan is supported by an analysis of the external factors, sector analysis and their results are ressources for a SWOT analysis.
