Long term assets - appraisal, purchase, amortization and disposal of assets

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Dlouhodobý majetek – oceňování, pořízení, odepisování a vyřazení“ je na základě aktuálních účetních a daňových předpisů shrnout teoretická východiska upravující problematiku dlouhodobého majetku a analyzovat postupy účtování v konkrétní společnosti, s následným uvedením návrhů a doporučení pro společnost. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku dlouhodobého majetku, vymezuje a definuje položky této majetkové skupiny a popisuje operace související s dlouhodobým majetkem. V praktické části je na základě zjištěných poznatků provedena analýza účetnictví konkrétní společnosti, která byla zaměřena převážně na chybování v dané problematice. Tato část obsahuje i návrhy řešení a doporučení pro společnost.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis „Long term assets - appraisal, purchase, amortization and disposal of assets“ is to summarize the theoretical solutions of governing problems of the long term assets on the basis of actual accounting and tax laws and to analyse accounting processes in a particular company with successive indication of the proposals and the recommendations for the company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focussing on the characteristics of the long term asset; defines these assets items and describes operations connected with the long term assets. In the practical part of the thesis was on the basis of established knowledge made the analysis of accounting of the concrete company. This analysis was focussing on the errancy in this issue. The proposals and the recommendations for the company are also included in this part of the thesis.
