Modern tools and methods in recruitment

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací moderních aplikací, softwarů, platforem a metod do náborového procesu zaměstnanců. Práce vychází ze zdrojů, které nejsou starší 4 let a především z predikcí personalistů a IT vývojářů. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny důvody k technologickému pokroku, popsány základní data science tools, rozčleněn náborový proces na jednotlivé fáze a vymezen časový rámec s podmínkami pro budoucnost. V praktické části jsou popsány některé z moderních aplikací včetně jejich funkcionalit, kompatibility, ceny, dostupnosti i včetně příkladů firem, které daný nástroj využívají. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat současný IT trh a možnosti společností, které hodlají firemní procesy modernizovat, digitalizovat, virtualizovat nebo automatizovat. Výsledky z rozsáhlého sekundárního výzkumu provedeného napříč trhem s aplikacemi, softwary, platformami a metodami je části je zpracován podrobný výstup v podobě seznamu dostupných nástrojů s jejich parametry.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with the implementation of modern applications, software, platforms and methods into the recruitment process. The diploma thesis is based on sources that are not older than 4 years and especially from predictions of specialist among human resources employees and IT developers. The theoretical part explains the reasons for technological developement, describes the basic data science tools, divide the recruitment process into individual phases and define a time frame with market and social conditions for the future. The practical part describes some of the modern applications including their functionality, compatibility, price, availability and examples of companies that use these tools. The aim of the thesis is to map the current IT market and the possibilities of companies which intend to modernize, digitize, virtualize or automate business processes. The results of extensive secondary research conducted across the market with applications, software, platforms and methods is part of a detailed output in the form of a list of available tools with their parameters.
