Stakeholder analysis of a company

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis entitled ,,Stakeholder analysis of a company” is to evaluate current strategy of the company, perform a stakeholder analysis and assess its contribution to the strategy. The theoretical part is dedicated to description of basic concepts like strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis, stakeholder approach, and stakeholder analysis. In the practical part, the researched company and its strategy are described. Afterwards, the company is analyzed using methods described in theoretical part. On the basis of the results, recommendations are given to easier achievement of the strategic goal. In the end, the benefits of the analysis for the company are discussed.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce s témou „Stakeholderská analýza podniku“ je zhodnotenie aktuálnej stratégie podniku, vykonanie stakeholderskej analýzy a zhodnotiť prínos pre súčasnú stratégiu. Teoretická časť práce je venovaná objasneniu základných pojmov, medzi ktoré patria pojmy ako stratégia, strategické riadenie, strategická analýza, stakeholderský prístup a stakeholderská analýza. V praktickej časti je predstavený podnik a jeho stratégia. Následne je analyzovaný pomocou metód popísaných v teoretickej časti práce. Na základe výsledkov analýz sú navrhnuté riešenia, ktoré by mali viesť k jednoduchšiemu dosiahnutiu strategického cieľa. Na záver sú diskutované prínosy analýzy pre podnik.
