Utilization of excimer laser connected with ICP-(SF) MS
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována využití LA-ICP-(SF)MS. První část se zabývá vlivem laserového záření a jeho vlastností na průběh laserové ablace. Druhá část se zabývá hmotnostní spektrometrií indukčně vázaného plazmazu, interferencemi, srovnání spektrometrů, aplikacemi LA-ICP-(SF)MS a LA-ICP-(MC)MS.
Abstract:
The bachelor`s thesis examines utilization of LA-ICP-(SF)MS method. The first part deals with influence of laser radiation and its properties on ablation processes. The second part deals with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, comparison of the spectrometres, interferences, applications of LA-ICP(SF)MS and LA-ICP-(MC)MS.
