Event Marketing in the Area of Lednic-Valtice Aimed at Wine Turism

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je na základě šetření a výzkumu navrhnout event marketing v Lednicko-valtickém areálu se zaměřením na vinařskou turistiku pro Střední vinařskou školu Valtice. Teoretická část vychází z rešerše odborné literatury a dalších použitých zdrojů. Pozornost je věnována zejména základním teoretickým poznatkům marketingové komunikace a jejím specifikům v oblasti cestovního ruchu, charakterizuje event marketing a jeho využití, seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy z odvětví vinařství a vinohradnictví a dále se zaměřuje na problematiku vinařské turistiky, cestovního ruchu a plánování a rea-lizace programů v Lednicko-valtickém areálu. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou Lednicko-valtického areálu z pohledu historie, geografie a kultury. Na základě situační analýzy rozebírá dosavadní komunikační aktivity dané lokality a analyzuje dotazníkové šetření návštěvníků Lednicko-valtického areálu a jejich požadavky ve vztahu k vinařské turistice. Výsledky šetření se odrážejí v projektové části, která obsahuje návrh komunikačního plánu v návaznosti na stávající komunikační aktivity v Lednicko-valtickém areálu vedoucí k jejich zefektivnění a celkovému rozvoji.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose event marketing in Lednice-Valtice area with focus on wine tourism for Secondary school of viticulture and viniculture in Valtice. The theoretical part is based on literature search and other sources used. Attention is paid espe-cially to basic theoretical knowledge of marketing communication and its specifics in the field of tourism, characterizes event marketing and its use, then introduces the basic con-cepts of the wine sector and viticulture and also focuses on the issues of wine tourism, tourism and planning and realization of programs in the Lednice-Valtice area. The practical part deals with the characteristics of Lednice-Valtice area from the perspec-tive of history, geography and culture. Based on the situational analysis, it analyzes the existing communication activities of the given locality and analyzes the questionnaire sur-vey of visitors of the Lednice-Valtice area and their demands in relation with wine tourism. The results of the survey are reflected in the project part, which contains a proposal for a communication plan in relation to the existing communication activities in the Lednice-Valtice area leading to their efficiency and overall development.
