Úvod: Zobrazovací metody hrají nezastupitelnou úlohu v diagnostice cévní mozkové příhody. Užití multimodalitního zobrazení (zobrazení mozkového parenchymu, zobrazení přívodných krčních a mozkových tepen, eventuelně perfuzní zobrazení mozku) je nezbytné pro kvalitní péči a management akutního mozkového infarktu.
