Motivation of teachers to professional education

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se věnuje motivací pedagogů k následnému profesnímu vzdělávání a hledání stimulů těchto motivací, které mají být pohnutkou k jejich smyslnému naplnění. Teoretická část mé práce zahrnuje celkem tři kapitoly, kdy v první je popsána charakteristika motivace, stimulu, pohnutky a taktéž bariéry, které jsou kladeny při motivaci pedagogů. Druhá kapitola popisuje kompetence a profesní předpoklady učitele a zabývá se jejich charakteristikou. Třetí kapitola teoretické části zkoumá, jaké jsou důvody a cíle následného vzdělávání, rozebírá jednotlivé jeho faktory a věnuje se problematice forem následného vzdělávání učitelů. V praktické části je provedena podrobná analýza jednotlivých stimulů a motivačních faktorů následného profesního vzdělávání učitelů, kdy v závěru mé bakalářské práce jsou z těchto analýz vyvozeny výstupy, které jsou ověřeny výzkumném vzorku dotazovaných respondentů, což je smyslem této práce, aby tyto výstupy byly vodítkem pro každého učitele v jeho profesním životě.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of teachers for subsequent professional education and the search for stimuli of these motivations, which should be the motivation for their sensual fulfillment. The theoretical part of my work includes a total of three chapters, the first of which describes the characteristics of motivation, stimulus, motives and also the barriers that are placed in the motivation of teachers. The second chapter describes the competences and professional prerequisites of the teacher and deals with their characteristics. The third chapter of the theoretical part examines what are the reasons and goals of subsequent education, discusses its individual factors and deals with the issue of forms of subsequent teacher education. In the practical part, a detailed analysis of individual stimuli and motivational factors of subsequent professional teacher education is carried out, when at the end of my bachelor thesis, outputs are derived from these analyses, which are verified by a research sample of interviewed respondents, which is the purpose of this work, so that these outputs are a guide for every teacher in his professional life.
