Using of knowledge management in concrete organization

Abstract:

Poznávacím cílem mé diplomové práce je analyzovat KM ve zvolené organizaci z pohledu teoretického kontextu diskutovaných modelů KM a z pohledu konkrétních KM procesů Knowledge cycle modelu KM. V rámci teoretické části práce jsem identifikoval na základě komparace a teoretické syntézy KM modelů 8 základních skupin faktorů ovlivňujících KM. Každou z těchto 8 skupin faktorů jsem teoreticky analyzoval a na základě relevantní literatury a empirických výzkumů identifikoval možné bariéry pro KM. V praktické části mé diplomové práce jsem nejdříve analyzoval organizaci (na základě studia interních dokumentů organizace) a následně provedl empirické šetření mezi zaměstnanci organizace. V rámci výzkumu jsem odhalil 6 významných bariér KM ve zvolené organizaci. V závěru práce naplňuji svůj aplikační cíl: Jak je možné identifikované bariéry odstranit. Základní část práce obsahuje 20 572 slov.

Abstract:

Cognitive aim of my thesis is to analyze the KM in the selected organization from the perspective of theoretical context models discussed from the perspective of specific KM Knowledge Process Cycle Model KM. In the theoretical part I identified on the basis of comparison and synthesis of theoretical models of KM 8 basic groups of factors that affect KM. Each of these 8 groups of factors I analyzed theoretically and on the basis of relevant literature and empirical research I have identified possible barriers to KM. In the practical part of my thesis, I first analyzed the organization (based on studies of the internal documents of the organization), and subsequently conducted an empirical survey among employees of the organization. The research I uncovered six significant barriers to KM in the selected organization. In conclusion, I discuss secondary research question: How is it possible to remove the identified barriers. Basic part contains 20,572 words.
