Abstract:

V rámci této bakalářské práce byla vypracována rešerše na téma Frustrované Lewisovské páry. Z literární rešerše bylo zjištěno, že frustrované Lewisovské páry jsou sloučeniny skládající se s Lewisovské báze a Lewisovské kyseliny, které jsou schopné aktivovat malé molekuly jako např. H2, CO2, CO aj., čehož se využívá při redukcích různých substrátů. Dále bylo zjištěno, že již existuje velké množství kombinací FLP včetně těch na bázi Sn, kde cín vystupuje jako Lewisovská kyselina. V experimentální části byly připraveny vhodné nové organocínaté sloučeniny. Následně byly studovány hydroborační reakce vhodné sloučeniny obsahující násobnou vazbu.

Abstract:

As a part of this Bachelor´s thesis was written out a literature review on the theme of Frustrated Lewis pairs. The literature review revealed that frustrated Lewis pairs are compounds consisting of a Lewis acid and a base, which are capable of activating small molecules, such as H2, CO2, CO and others, which is used in the reduction of various substrates. Furthermore, it was found that there are a large number of combinations FLP including those based on tin, wherein tin acts as a Lewis acid. In the experimental part has been prepared a new suitable organic tin compounds. Subsequently the hydroboration reaction of the suitable compound containing the multiple bonds has studied.
