Language Regime of the European Union and the Admission of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje jazykovému režimu institucí EU/ES. Popisuje jazykový režim jednotlivých institucí EU/ES, zabývá se judikaturou ESD týkající se rozporu různých jazykových verzí překladů, přibližuje obodbí těsně před a po vstupu ČR do EU ve smyslu převodu právních pramenů.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerning the Language regime of the European Union. The reader can learn about the language regime of various EU institutions, look at case-law connected with the translating problems and study a bit about the time before the Czech Republic had entered the EU as far as the legal context is concerned.
