Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá situací ukrajinské, běloruské a židovské menšiny na území meziválečného Polska v letech 1918 až 1947. Cílem práce je popsat jednotlivé události, které vedly k proměně Polska z meziválečného mnohonárodnostního státu, na národní stát, kterým se stal po druhé světové válce. Začátek se věnuje znovuobnovení nezávislého Polska a jeho národnostní politiky, pokračuje se důsledky nacistické a sovětské okupace během paktu Ribbentrop-Molotov a následnými odsuny a vražděním, které vedly v poválečném Polsku k téměř úplnému vymizení všech tří menšin.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the situation of Ukrainian, Belarusian and Jewish minorities in the territory of interwar Poland between 1918 and 1947. The aim of the thesis is to describe the individual events that led to the transformation of Poland from an interwar multinational state to the national state after the Second World War. The beginning is devoted to the restoration of independent Poland and its national policy, continues with the consequences of the Nazi and Soviet occupation during the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact and the subsequent expulsions and murders that led to the almost complete disappearance of all three minorities in post-war Poland.
