Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou motivace pracovníků celní správy k dalšímu vzdělávání. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of motivation of customs officers to further education. The theoretical part focuses on explanation of keywords related to motivation and stimulation, including motivational theories and remuneration.
