Alterantive working arrangements, labour market flexibility and flexicurity

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je snaha poukázat na problematiku flexibilizace trhu práce v podobě alternativních forem zaměstnávání. Trend flexibilizace je zde představen z perspektivy pracovní síly (konkrétně se jedná o klienty Centra podpory zaměstnanosti a Kluby ČR, o.p.s.). Autorka se v práci zaměřila na zkoumání postojů k alternativním formám zaměstnávání. V teoretické části práce jsou v první řadě vydefinovány postoje a motivace pracovní síly, dále se práce věnuje vymezení alternativních forem zaměstnávání a také trendu flexibilizace trhu práce a jeho možných regulací s ohledem na využitelnost konceptu flexicurity. Empirickou část tvoří představení metodologického postupu sběru dat, analýzy a interpretace získaných dat z hlediska dílčích výzkumných otázek. Závěr práce je věnován hlavním zjištěným poznatkům, na jejichž základě autorka formuluje možná doporučení pro efektivní zavádění alternativních forem zaměstnávání a zároveň využitelnost ochranných nástrojů sociální politiky a politiky trhu práce. Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to highlight the issue of flexibilization of labour market in terms of alternative forms of employment. The flexibilization trend is introduced from the perspective of labour (namely clients of Employment Support Centres and a Kluby ČR, o.p.s). The author of the work focused on exploring attitudes to alternative forms of employment. In the theoretical part, there are primarily defined attitudes and motivation of the workforce. Further work is devoted to the definition of alternative forms of employment and trends of labour market flexibilization and its possible regulations with regard to the usability of the concept of flexicurity. Empirical part consists of presentation of the methodological process of data collection, analysis and interpretation of data obtained in terms of individual research questions. Conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the main findings. The author identifies and formulates on their basis possible recommendations for effective implementation of alternative forms of employment and also the usability of protective instruments of social policy and labour market.
