Preparation and Attemp of the Crime Versus Perpetraded Crime - Term, Differences, Punishability
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o vývojových fázích trestného činu, konkrétně o přípravě, pokusu a dokonaném trestném činu. Úvodní část je věnována historii trestného činu. V dalších kapitolách jsem se zabývala základnímu členění a druhům trestných činu. V následujících kapitolách jsem se soustředila na jednotlivé vývojové fáze trestného činu.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the developmental stages of a criminal offense, namely the preparation, attempt and completed crime. The introductory section is devoted to the history of crime. In other chapters I have dealt with the basic structure and the types of crime. In the following chapters I focus on the individual developmental stages of a criminal offense.
