Finanční náročnost údržby tramvajových vozidel dle jednotlivých typů

Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na finanční náročnost údržby tramvajových vozidel v Dopravním podniku hlavního města Prahy. Hlavní náplní práce je analýza zásob náhradních dílů a úprava zásobovacího procesu s ohledem na budoucí potřeby dopravního podniku a strategie jeho růstu.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the financial demands of maintenance of tram vehicles in Prague public transport company. The main task is the analysis of stock spare parts and adjustment of the supply process with regards to the future needs of transport company and its growth strategy.
